Situation- Acknowledge the reality
Observation- I access perspective
Solution- I choose to use the power I have
Acceptance- I see this for what it is (not I like what it is)

Perspective ping pong- when you keep bouncing back and forth
Your nervous system will shift/settle/calm as you explore, the settle is a sign to move forward

Taking action is a form of acceptance- I acknowledge this reality and I’m going to do something about it
Acceptance is very comforting for your nervous system
Inaction as a way of resisting reality- “If I talk about this it makes it real”
The same formulas/templates/tools have to be used over and over agin to become habit and create a thriving humanity
You have so much power
You can change the patterns in your brain to change the way you live
We can’t change the world in isolation. Change happens in relationship to people and ecosystems. It comes in experiencing life.
