We socialized to move toward future for wisdom
“Imagining a version of ourselves that does not have limiting beliefs”
“Tap into the future self through the body and spirit”
I’m in the presence of greatness- something shifted in my body

Future visualizations: decide the result you want, engage your body with movement, imagine what the future version of you is experiencing, let your imagination present you with something, anchor into that, ask “what is it that you believe that I don’t believe?”
Integrate that wisdom in your current life
That is the truth I need today
