When we move forward in the world in action of service knowing our baseline and boundaries is crucial to our ability to come back to center and be able to clearly decide how to move forward.
What’s baseline?
It’s individual to you
Feeling- centered, grounded, capable
You’re 100% going to be thrown off baseline- nothing has gone wrong
The key is to be able to get back to baseline

What are your boundaries?
Define boundaries: a set description of what we will do when something happens. It’s a way of protecting yourself ahead of time.
“If I feel unsafe, I will step away/speak-up/come back to self-soothing”
“If i feel defensive, I will put my phone away”
“If I feel disrespected, I will excuse myself”
“If I’m expected to do more than I committed to, I will say no”
“If I am physically assaulted, I will stop volunteering”
