So when we move through our own terminated pregnancies, we have little to no frame of reference for our healing.

After abortion life carries on without meal trains, work leave, or condolence flowers.

Washed hands, tears away, apply a smile.

But for many there is a disorganized time after abortion/s that is filled with spiraling into “what ifs,” beating oneself up, doomsdaying the future, and/or a general lack of joy in one’s daily life. Getting back to life is easier said than done.

This time, although normal, does not have to last.

There are some very simple and specific tools that can help you calm your nervous system, come back to the present moment, and reconnect to yourself and the people you love.

In the 1:1 Back to Life After Abortion program I help my clients learn accessible tools they can use over and over again to step back into their lives, reclaim their happiness, and take back their power.

In this program we meet 30 minutes once a day for 5 consecutive days. This concentrated time together allows us to work with the neuroplaticity of the brain and make quick changes that can last a lifetime.
